I just wanted to touch base with you in regards to your coffee maker. I have been working with a tech that does inspection and can work on the coffee maker, and also one of our phone consultants at our Greenville Div. We will be working together to get a replacement to you. We are going to put in an order for you under the Total Replacement Warranty. When that order prints, then Gloria (the tech) is going to find one, go through its brewing process, then we will be shipping it to you. It could be up to a week before we get one shipped out to you. Gloria and myself will email you to let you know what is going on with your coffee maker. I will be talking to you here the beginning of next week.
